The gen 3 tray has both of the servos at the front of the chassis for better weight distribution

Stick with the plastic horn with a metal insert mate. what servo are you running?

Hinge pins are a must in your spares as they bend easily. I would run an alloy servo saver top as well. the 3.0 is great but they do suffer from slop and they do need maintenance.
