Hi all. Just a quick question. I've just got into planes 6 months ago and have bought myself an edge 540 powered by a dle35. I'm currently building the plane. Now this may sound a sill question, but can you take the carb and throttle arms off and move them 90degrees? It may sound a silly question, but I don't want to take the screw out and the carb fall apart inside.

What do you guys use to clean the oil and crease off your nitro planes? I've just got a acro wot. It's my first ever nitro plane. Only had electric before this. After the first flight it was dripping with oil and grease.

Right. I've got so far in the build. Now it's the fuel tank. How does it secure In? From what the instructions say, it just pushes into the whole. It rattles about? That can't be right can it?

Yeah, I've got extensions. Once wings are all glued together there is no where for wires to come out? I guess I'll have to gut a whole somewhere but am unsure where it needs to be?

Hi all. I've just bought an acro wot mk2 with a nitro engine. I've just learnt to fly and so this is my second plane. Anyway I've just started to build it. Have installed the servos in the wings but am unsure where the servo wires should some through? For some reason the instructions do not show this? Can anyone help with info or picture of where I need to feed them?

Hi all. I've got a maxthrust riot at the nomen and am look for my next model. I want to try a nitro model for my second so as to get more flight time. I was thinking about a seagul Yak 54 but am not sure if that is a step too far for a second plane.

Hi peeps.just quick question regarding charging rates. What is the maximum safe charging rate I can use in these little 1cell lipo's for my rc helli? I've been doing them at 0.3 amp

I would also strongly recommend joining a local club. I've bought park flite models in the past with no success what so ever. The most I ever managed was 7 seconds in the air before the inevitable.

I vote would be a max thrust riot. That's what I've bought to learn. Really stable.

Hi all I've got a max thrust riot and would like to remove all the decals and paint it. Can anyone recommend a foolproof type of paint that will not melt or destroy the foam? It also has to have a good strong finish. I don't want it feeling or flaking off?

One last question, do you know what the counter in the bottom left corner is for? It seems to go up by 1 every 5 second or so?

Thanks for that. This lipo business is kinda like a mine field to me at the moment. Ask me about nitro issues and I'll probably have a good idea how to sort it. But electric it all new. You just hear horror stories about lipo's exploding or catching fire.

It's set at 11.4v. I'm coming down as the battery was almost full. If I increase it from 0.1a will it be safe then as am new to lipo and don't want to burn the house down. I'd have some explaining to do with the wife.
