Evening To you all, looking for a car for my my little lad, not bought for a few years following from my hyper 7.5, Losi nighthawk and hip firestorm. Looking at the FTX outlaw brushed then noticed the LaTrax, which is the same money, but looks better built. Will mostly be street (cobbles) local park and dirt track use, not much (if any) grass. which would you guys recommend, I do have lipos left from my other cars, so 2s compatible.

Shocks look good mate. Still so undecided on what sort of rc to buy. Love scaler / crawler stuff (have a losi NC) but want abit of speed, possibly a ascender / scx running high kv brushless!

Lovely work there mate! Makes me want to go down this route, but I'd want more speed than a crawer, which I could get with a wraith or yeti!

I have a maverick ion for my little lad, he's 3 and half. It's a 1/18th, he uses that inside and out. It can be trimmed down enough for him to play with around the house. He also loves recovering it when he rolls it with other 'normal' toys.

After abit of guidance guys. I'm after a new car for my little lad and my self. Previously had a hype 7.5, sold that and had a firestorm, now got a losinight crawler and maverick ion for the little un'. Now I'm after something with abit of speed that will also stand upto abit of a hard landing ect. Now I like both the vaterra uno and hammers, But how fast would the hammers actually be, with it being a rock racer? I'll be using them at work (cemetery, so hills / woods / grass and Tarmac (not over graves I'll add)) I'm also 2 minutes from a quarry and mountain bike tracks and off roading (lee mill in bacup, rossendale) so that's got jumps and burns in gravel and also places with water and stuff. So would a rock racer be upto producing speed (out of the box) or would a glamis be better? Thanks a lot, Ben.

Would this then require a new rx due to the ex being mated to the esc?

Also got to replace the centre driveshaft, as a bloody stone wedged between the motor and shaft causing it to slice through and create two wheel drive.
