  1. out with my rustler yesterday, it kept cutting out, noticed led on remote was very dim, so went to change batterys, when removed one of the retaining clips has died, seems to have rusted away completely, and everywere who sells them has no stock, Z-TRX2226 is part number, does any one know of a replacement or modified part?
  2. Does this require a power source? Or run directly from usb only?
  3. i tried the 35/77 combo in my firestorm yesterday, was mental, couldnt keep the front down if i tried,
  4. Had the same on a helion dominus, got bored, threw a 5kv and wp8 in it, 3s, and took it out, first few runs were immense, then grinding under acceleration. Tried everything you did, then pulled front diff out, still noisy, swapped rear diff with the front one, noise gone, ordered a new complete diff and centre shaft gear, fitted and all is fine, just sticking to 2s from now on though. rear diff looked okay visually, but clearly wasn't.
  5. Yes, great run times, never had any issues, have two on order for my rustler vxl also now. And there at a great price everywere.
  6. I've never had any issue with the two I own. I have a modified strap, which only goes across between the battery posts, it's a tight fit under the rear, and hasn' ever moved during use.
  7. i have a floureon 5500mah 3s that fits in my firestorm, its tight, but works,
  8. You got measurements? And what connector is fitted please?
  9. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__32231__ZIPPY_6000mah_2S2P_35C_Hardcase_Pack_UK_Warehouse_.html is what I run in mine, with 90degree cables
  10. 2S, with the occasional 3s run when they but the two cricket fields.
  11. Having great fun with my pair of savage xs in the dryer weather, the kit build one with cvd is driving me crazy, constantly snapping front pins, can anybody recommend a decent upgrade? The other one was bought complete and runs dogs and cups and hasn't give me any issues.
