  2. There isn't alot of detail at the moment, but here are the pictures posted by www.neobuggy.net About time too as my buggy is feeling kinda tired So apart from new Motor, ESC and Shell i cant see alot different
  3. Just use run of the mill wing buttons, you only need to screw in two of the holes, it leaves you the option of moving the wing backwards or forwards too. I've been running two buttons (two screws not four) for the past year
  4. Funny you mention this, I'm working on a 3d printed mini 8 battery cradle which uses Velcro to secure the battery and screws into the orginals battery posts holes. As per eighth scale Electric buggies.
  5. If you plan on racing it, on the rear gearbox, the front hanger has 'b' inserts. Flip them round so they are upside down and it will increase rear traction
  6. 3d printed wing buttons for Losi Mini 8ight. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=252061648545&alt=web
  7. By running them loose (basically taking out screws or just undoing them a bit), you can generate more flex in the chassis to change how much grip you want (or dont want)
  8. The first Round of the Winter Series happened last weekend (4/10/14) A very fast and flowing track was provided for the drivers and we had a good turnout. The early pacesetter was John Spencer (Mini 8), his first time driving a Micro. Close behind was James Baxter (GTB). Top Jnr after the 1st round was Tom Barrett (Mini 8) in A-4. 2nd round of Qually and Darren Boyle (Mini 8) took over the top spot by just over half a lap from Baxter. Sam Dimelow (EMB-1) moved upto the A-4 pushing Barrett Down to A-5. 3rd round and Boyle Improved again. Further down the order Stuart Strange (Mini 8) was slowly improving and creeping up to the B-4 Postion. Tim Barrett (Mini 8) also improved to take B-6 Postion. The other battle between Father and son, saw Tom Kirkham (Mini 8) in A-6, just 5 second ahead of his father Colin Kirkham (Mini 8) in B-1. Round 4 saw few drivers improve but Kirkham JNR improved to cement his place in the A Main. Rob Driver (EMB-1) also improved in Rd4 to take B-2. Jake Barret (Mini 8) (YES THERE WERE 3 BARRETTS RACING!) improved to B-4. New comers Oliver Stevens (EMB-1) took up C-1 and the youngest racer Jack Spencer (Mini 8) improved every round to C-2. Every Driver had a 3 Leg Final. C Final: 1st: Oliver Stevens EMB-1 1/1/2 = 2 2nd: Jack Spencer Mini 8 2/2/1 = 3 B Final: 1st: Colin Kirkham Mini 8 1/1/1 = 2 2nd: Rob Driver EMB-1 2/2/3 = 4 3rd: Jake Barrett Mini 8 3/3/2 = 5 4th: Stuart Strange Mini 8 4/5/4 = 8 5th: Andy Evans EMB-1 6/4/5 = 9 6th: Tim Barrett Mini 8 5/6/6 = 11 A Final: 1st: Darren Boyle Mini 8 1/2/1 = 2 2nd: John Spencer Mini 8 2/1/2 = 3 3rd: Sam Dimelow EMB-1 6/3/3 = 6 4th: James Baxter GTB 3/4/4 = 7 5th: Tom Barrett Mini 8 4/5/5 = 9 6th: Tom Kirkham Mini 8 5/6/6 = 11 Booking in for the remaining round (4 of 6 to count) is still open and can be done via www.dmsresults.co.uk The next round will feature a completly different layout and jump sections so hopefully we will see you there!
