Whilst going brushless is the way forward for racers and speed junkies. There are still plenty of people out there who want a good quality replacement brushed motor, that won't break the bank.

LRP have stepped up to the mark with their re-worked range of: GT4 Turbo, V10 Spec5, Crawler Special 55T and a Truck Puller capable of handling 12V.

Brushed still has a lot cheaper buy in price, and its also cheaper if you have older brushed esc's just to get a new motor.

Brushless is far better for sure, but is nowhere near 100% adoption, and won't be for some time yet......

Brushed is way less expensive than brushed and most stock cars come with brushed motors brushless in stock cars is only making it's debut and to make most cars brushless it's actually cheaper (including the price of the car) to fit or have fitted the brushless sytem rather than buying another car.

yes, i know that alot of touring car driving still run a decent brushed system in there wet cars because they can withstand water (to a certain extent!) and they will be cheaper to replace then a £250 brushless system.
