Caster Racing have announced the upcoming release of their new 1/10th scale 4wd EP off road buggy. Using a competition RTR chassis design as a foundation, the SK-10 buggy has been given all the racing features that a competition car needs and can be upgraded further to a higher spec at a later time. This RTR features mini big bore shocks with 3.5mm shock shafts and a slipper clutch differential in the center, features that are normally only available in competition kits. Available soon.

Here is some more information for you.

The buggy is now in the production stage now and should be with us Very Soon. No price has been released yet !

You can follow us on Caster Racing UK

# Caster Racing have released the following information regarding their all new EP 10th scale buggy, the SK-10. - Caster Racing is proud to announce the release of a new 1/10th 4WD off road buggy. They started off with a high level competition RTR chassis design foundation. The SK-10 Buggy is an EP buggy that's got all the racing features, and performance that a competition car needs. It's 100% upgradable chassis to a higher level competition part and features.
# The SK-10 comes with the most advance performance design such as Mini Big Bore shocks with 3.5mm shock shaft. Slipper clutch differential in the centre, those are only available and build in the competition kits, but we have put all those racing features into SK-10 buggy which makes the buggy one of the kind in the market, and amount others. we have raised up the entry level bar. The advantage of having such a buggy, it's totally 100% race competitive with other racing kits in the market for the fair price you have paid. in other words, the C/P(Cost/Performance) rate is much higher than other kits out there in the market.

Judging by the specs and general shape of the body, it looks shaft drive.

I wouldn't have thought so, with this being 1/10th scale. Most likely to be just a normal slipper mounted onto the back of the centre diff (but having a centre diff makes it unusual in itself ).

The buggy is Shaft Driven and has a Slipper Clutch in the centre.... :-) No slipperential lol

Yep, the more beginner-friendly RTR version is in the CAD pics, plastic tub chassis etc.

Nice! The pro version looks proper hardcore with all that alloy, makes the rest of the competition seem a bit under-built!

Fantastic as it may look though, I wonder how it'll perform compared to all the plastic and CF chassis cars in the 1/10 class, as all that metalwork must weigh it down a bit, surely..?
