I found the source of the problem, it was an irregular spark so i knew it was nothing too serious.
First thing to check was the Plug cap because it was still damaged from the CNG.
Replaced the HT lead and cap and job done

I have altered some of the settings today to try and sort the grip roll out, the first thing i done was add a load of negative chamber to the rear wheels and i also lowered it by fitting my FFRC adjustable rear tower 
My only worry now is uneven tire wear?

Wouldn't work, you should know you have a baja
It will always wear on the inside and the tires aren't reversable either
