second hand engine

hi, was scouering ebay and saw this.

was wandering what you thought and is there any questions i should ask.

Is 10 leters alsot for an engin. how long do you think it will have left.

depends how its been used mate and how well looked after.

given its a race engine, and has been raced, i would suggest that the life of it might be around 8 gallon. now, before i get flamed, that does of course depend on how you care for it etc etc etc.

And also dont forget that the advert says its been used for race days and that could mean the engine has had a lot of strain put on it. Although it only says 2 race days it could be more.

yes it says its been race meaning its really been pushed.

i reckon it's best to get a brand new engine because then you know all the precise history of the engine, and you can break it in yourself and get a nice feel of it :)

But then as its been raced and used a fair bit of fuel it means you can just put it in a run it straight away without the hassle of running it in yourself :P

If hes used it for 2 race days and run it in and tested it etc its not that much fuel...
