nice :)

might take some diffrent pics of mine as with my phone you cant see the carbon ( whole car is carbon graphite ) its competition only really as the carbon chassis scratches easily in a street and its belt drive so a stone could stip a belt or diff pulley.

carpet racing. ;) must be a new carpet

Yep pretty new carpet with plenty of fluff... most of which ends up on cars  The bearings I originally had were fine after 3 meetings, but I've replaced them with rubber shielded one's so they should hopefully hold up better to fluff. Rear end of the car in particular needs a rebuild after every meet to completely de-fluff.

Heres my little baby. She started out as a Cyclone S, dunno what you'd call her now.....

Carbon Fibre chassis, middle deck and rear deck.

3Racing anodised bulkheads, motor mounts, c-hubs, rear hub carriers, knuckles, pivot blocks, suspension mounts and servo mounts.

Stockstar 27T

Ripmax quake esc

HS 6259 servo

5000mah Demon power battery

Shimizu tyres

MRT transponder

The only original parts are the shock towers, turnbuckles, suspension arms and foam bumper.

The Mondeo shell is resprayed after every meet a different colour, looks pretty cool I think,

Hey, Matt, I noticed your R9 is a little scuffed, give it a rub down with one of them sponge/scourer pads, the scourer side, and do what I do, spray it different colours after every meet. It'll lokk fun!

I had thought of doing that, but I dont see the point as I've got an LTC-R and Mazda 6 about to be sprayed up.

I... Hate.. you... M03R! They're SO COOL! That shiny blue chassis dazzled me!

Ok, here are my 2

custom built one (In school ATM because it's a GCSE DT project)

My TA05

P1010980.jpg

It's the ultimate sleeper car. Turn up to the track with a plastic tamiya with lots of old electronics in, and go surprisingly fast :) (but still 10 seconds off the 27t lap record. Damn you 17 second lap!)

The custom one has a team 1 19t motor and mtroniks sniper 12 and futaba S3004 servo.

The TA05 has a Fantom stock, HPI EN1 ESC (with an LRP heatsink because it's bigger and fits) and HPI SF1 servo .

They both use the same grepow 4500 packs (last year's demon cells).
