the front left steering tie toad with ball mounting is quite lose and the car does not seem to turn correctly. is this normal?

also the central shaft does not appear to be turning as much as it should.

Wear in ball joints is normal and a part of the hobby.

If the servo isn't turning correctly, check the teeth aren't stripped in the horn.

Or check elsewhere for anything that could be causing it.

I had a similar problem the other day, my Gelande ll just stopped turning left, I picked it up and noticed a stone in the drive cup, took it out and it worked perfect again :)

I had a similar problem on the Firestorm, a bit of gravel was jamming the servo when turning left.
