Tamiya TRF415 BMW E30 estate rat look RC vehicle

[53HRA]

Wasn't sure if this fell in the touring or replica section,but i've stuck it here anyway as i guess it is replicating a rat look vehicle

 

At present i am currently awaiting a set of stealth body mounts,and a set of scale wipers to have this finished. The chassis was used but in excellent condition off eBay,and the shell came partly detailed ( rusty bonnet and green areas). I have been following a fellow RC enthusiasts via instagram,who helped source the wheels - a few weeks later the shell came up for sale,so we managed to strike a deal!

 

Since purchasing i have spent many hours in adding little details,and this is how she currently sits:

Is it actually rusty enough for an old e30...sure those sills and arch lips look too solid

I was infact thinking left hand drive after looking at the Tamiya driving sets. Painting it would need a steady hand though lol

Nice condition for a four pot, you can keep the lenso's tho, proper BBS or nowt
