I found after you get to a certain point of kg where the RC can be on it's side and the wheels still move fine, you're at the limit.

At least that's how I felt with a 1283 in my Wraith.

Next stop? Hitec 1000

Tbh the 1283 is a over rated servo, mine wasn't good at all and the motor died after a short time. The Wraith community are pretty much in agreement that the best servo for the task is a Hitec 7950 and after having both the 1283 and 7950 I have to agree

I have a 1256tg in my wraith but I'm thinking when it dies to go the hi tec route.....

I'm running a Power HD 20kg unit in mine. Seems ok so far.

I stuck a power HD in mine too, seen a big difference from the 15kg that was fitted.
