RCbutcher
I'm interested to know aswel. I have an lrp 32 and know the pull start will probably fail. Tiger drives I think are fairly universal you'll have to check. But hopefully someone posts a UK link to something compatible.

chester-lad
^^ thanks for link . I see the roto start shaft looks the same as a hpi . So if i bought that i would be able to use a hpi starter ?

scrumpy jack
Hi all bought a new lrp .28 spec 3 for the savage all fitted went to start it pull start snaps knot that that was done was too small ..... So tried to sort it spent 2 hours fitting it back and spring pops out again ahhhh So im thinking fit a roto start but dont seem to be any in uk . Would a hpi one fit ? Exactly the same thing happened on my brand new Z28 on the second pull- the knot was too small and pulled through- I brought some of that 'unbreakable' pull start cord off ebay and fitted it (with decent knots) and it's now fine, Luckily I managed to replace it without the spring popping out though. Yes hpi rotostart shaft will fit into LRP rotostart backplate LRP38136, you dont need the LRP shaft.
