It's in full working order and should run modern games at high or very high settings on a 1080p screen though your milage may vary on that. This is a 7870 tahiti card meaning it is based on the 7950 architecture with a few cores stripped off it so it will outperform the standard 7870 and is very close to 7950 performance.
