Oh How Original
Don't trophy trucks have to be closed wheel not open wheel? I'm possibly wrong in saying this but the only actual trophy truck on the RC market is the HPI one isn't it? Abour 1:14 scale or so.
Noj
Plus one. Knock off copies of other companies shells and designs, very cheap looking too

Noj
Which I own, a perfect, mint condition original The TT style is trophy buggy, silly man in the naming department
Oh How Original
I thought it did have to be closed wheel to be considered an actual truck. I'd still really like one, but experience has shown me that scale is just a bit small for all the places I go so I'd need 10th or perhaps 8th. I don't know of another though, so started a thread about it you never know, something might crawl out of the woodwork.
Pistonhead
Have to agree with you on all of these, the MTs are just rebodied existing chassis so they'll be darned goid anyway. I'm interested in the latter two, the buggy looks like rather tasty but it does need to handle as good as (if not better than) an Exo to be much good although i suspect it's a tweaked eb4 chassis so should be pretty good. The last one is squarey aimed at the Yeti and looks a bit beefier too, not to sure on how easy the body is to remove, but at least it looks like you don't need to remove it to change battery. Providing these are priced right i might have one or two of em

Tug
So they've added their own chassis braces, yes? Then they've ripped off the Traxxas Exo-cage, then gone a step further and ripped the Proline Apocalypse shell! Erm, is any of this ethical? RCbutcher
I like the one with carbon fibre plates on the arms and alloy shock caps. Exo looking one. I cant hate a great company for offering new rcs lol. Plus ther prices are usually very good. Like erbe vs mta4 g3.

catalin4u24
I like everyone of them apart from the trophy truck. That one ain't my thing. But taking good ideas from other companies, nothing wrong with that as long as they are just as good or even better! Which what that Exo Buggy promises to be! I have had 2 Thunder Tiger products and they were both strong and awesome! I don't care if modesport will bring that exo buggy here or not, I'm having it from here or overseas! Tamiyacowboy
class 1 open wheel / class 1 closedwheel both the same one has a truck body, other has a buggy style body work. these are UNLIMITED class 1 aka trophy trucks/buggys the things you see tearing up the mint 400 or the paris dakar. Thunder Tigre , Please send out a 2WD version of the class one buggy and make them cheap. is about time companys listened to the users and abusers and looks like you guys done just that. ninjagaiden
I'm not keen on any of these rehashes, clones or non clones. Thunder Tiger has a Decent reputation in this business, and they now own Associated Electrics with all their design flair The EB4-G3 is a decent chassis with some decent derivatives. Development costs for new shells and wheels when you have a proven chassis can't cost much, so why do they all look like they've been painted a the ugly brush. Come on TT, you can do better than this!
tomr
Is the exo looking buggy based of the rc8 ? It doesn't look much like the eb4 except for the wheels I'm surprised at most of the comments I think they all look great except for the jackal but each to their own I suppose
the watchman
I must say it looks like TT are knocking out cheapo stuff, they all look very toy like and just cheap. I have never been a fan of thunder tiger, although my dad had a 1/8 eb buggy a few years ago and although very cheap looking it went like stink, the best thunder tiger ever was the scale 1/14 nitro racing man truck, basicly a small scale racing lorry, that thing was awesome, seriously good fun and they need to re-release it, rare as hens teeth now and wish i had not sold it Edited January 27, 2015 by the watchman
