Mostly knock about in BFH nowadays, as I can pick it up at will and not have to grind time into it anymore.  FTL kills some hours during boring night shifts when I have mains power too.  At home still playing through Outlast, having put it aside to run through RE4 for the first time on PC.  Like most my steam unplayed library is impressive :)

i was an Eve-Online veteran 8yr player, they i lost the love for the game.

the game got lots of updates but the mission side of things stayed the same,

8yrs running the same 40 missions over and over, it cracks even the best pirates in the game.

i have subscribed to FFXIV , but alas i hate freaking dungeons like wow, so yeah im a lv 50

mage, whitemage, acranist etc etc. maxed all the main magic dealers and healers.

I play WORLD OF TANKS, i mean i can go jump in my M24 chaffee light tank, load up rounds and shoot

other peoples tanks, its freaking awesome lol and for free you cannot complain. did i mention you can drive through things to

its a cool game if your into tank armored warfare. being a light fast tank im usually in recon mode searching for enemys to report

them in, but i get shot at alot and can be first tank downed in a fight

I mainly play two games these days on my pc,

Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion, an awesome space strategy game that takes up far too many hours :D

Star Wars The Old Republic - SWTOR, an online mmo that beats all other online games imo, many people call me wrong but i love Star Wars and gaming and this hits the spot.

i7 920, 1366skt, overclocked to 4ghz 24/7 with 4.4 turbo for benching - it's old but as intel shafted us with skt 1366  I won't upgrade till it needs it.  12gb RAM, Boots & steam SSD and a 1tb media drive.  AMD  HD6950 still plays everything at 1920x1200 on my Nec 24wmgx3 very well.  All housed in a customised Zalman GT900 case (240mm rad for cpu in roof).

I'm selling a 7950 cheap, should give you ~2x the performance increase for the same power draw ;)

Cheap as in?  Im stuck on X58 atm so no pci3.0 and the 6950 is doing an admirable job at present - shes a little thirsty obv but nothing to the 4870x2 she replaced.

Looking around I'd see about 50% on frame rate at 1920x1200, that extra gig not needed at that res and power consumption is barely an improvement.

Any replacement would need to work with the Bloodrage mobo colour scheme too, I'm a little OCD with my rig.

I've owned a 6950, well a 6950 unlocked to a 6970 and you'll see much more then 50% improvement.

PCIEX 2.0 is fine as I run mine on a Z68 set up which is PCIEX 2.0

That extra gig DOES make a difference at 1200p, there's a bomb load of games that eat past the 2Gb limit you currently have should you give them the extra memory.

Power consumption is only a slight improvement but performance per watt is nearly doubled.

The card is a MSI Twin Frozr 3 7950 so it's colour neutral IMO.

And by cheap I mean

League of Legends for me, on it nearly every night. Really is a very challenging and rewarding game when you get good at it.

Also I want to get back into EVE online as I used to play it and I found it really fun, although some don't find it that, I just like the idea in general.
