As good as the 1015 is I wouldn't use it in a truggy for steering anyway throttle maybe but steering you want a savox 1256 or go for xpert like this http://www.apexmodels.com/gbu0-prodshow/XRC-XP-SI-4431.html

Oh and deafty the ds1015 is more reliable if you buy from the organ grinder instead of the monkey http://www.apexmodels.com/gbu0-prodshow/ASSOC-AS29167.html

So what proof have you got that a team associated version is more reliable than thunder tiger? Associated are owned by TT.

Jari I think you got it a bit wrong it's not the servo that's different it's the support and after sale care that's different and tt don't own associated they are one and the same company it's just associated are aimed at the higher end of the market like racing it's more also of a case that no decent racing orientated shop will stock thunder tiger it's mainly associated they do

Personally associated stuff just feels better quality than thunder tiger

Edit just double checked on tt and associated and associated were founded in 1964 tt1979 they merged back in 2005 http://www.teamassociated.com/about/company_roots/

Mainly cause associated struggled to get European sales so tt rebranded associated cars and claimed the credit bit like what ansmann did to team c

Hang on, thunder tiger have aftercare support? Learn something every day!

Of course they do. They have a fully staffed customer care setup. It's staffed by trained Yeti and managed by Lord Lucan. Shergar carries their express delivery items in the UK. Head Office is in the Bermuda Triangle, with regional offices in Shangri-La and Atlantis.

you certainly dont need anything like a savox 1256 to steer a truggy I have just swapped my 1256 out for a SAV-SW0231Mg in my heavy brushless muggy and it still turns the wheels stood still desptite the reduction of 5kg of torque. The 1256 has gone in my savage where i think t would be more at home.
