RCbutcher
I just heard about this watching a live stream it looks good, but expensive if its anything like the mini z stuff. Not a lot of info but plenty of teaser pics. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/micro-scale-rigs/518950-1-35-4wd-ford-f-150-diy-set-new-product-preview.html
johninderby
Very interested. If the price is right would definitely get one when it's available. John

RCbutcher
That sounds cheap if you look at kyosho mini z prices its like a micro rc4wd so i expected they would charge like

johninderby
I have one on order, should ship next Monday. I did pay a few quid extra for express shipping so all being well I'll have it by the following weekend, depending on customs of course. Hopefully no customs charges but who knows. Bigyeti007
I take it no electrics are included, what motor, esc and reliever will fit in such a tiny rc?
johninderby
A FlySky 3ch should fit in the cab OK. Not sure about the motor but Pololu makes some lovely miniature metal geared motors that would fit. Saw a test run on Youtube where an 80:1 motor was mentioned as being used but was incredibly noisy The Pololu geared motors however are almost silent. I have them in a robot and an M16 half track. Just have to wait until it gets here to find out. John This is how small some of the Pololu geared motors get. Juggernaut jims
That motor is a thing of beauty now to order one and somehow get my hands on one of these motors.
johninderby
Warning! Looking at the following website may cause severe drooling. https://www.pololu.com/category/51/pololu-metal-gearmotors There is a UK supplier but I've found a German supplier EXPTech that carries the full range. A few show up on eBay and Amazon as well. John Edited February 16, 2015 by johninderby

mini-z-awd
a couple of guys on another site have them they look really good i think one guy has a orange rx in his and it fits really good the only thing that looks weird is the interior it just seems tobe a peice of card with the details printed on it
johninderby
I've got a micro ESC that will do but would like to see if a Quicrun 1625 would fit. Also don't like the low voltage servo they supply. Easy enough to get a better nano servo. Have a geared motor that is the same as the one they supply but it is available in a lot of different ratios so might want to experiment a bit. Anyway looks like a fun little RC. johninderby
Found scanned pages of the manual and have downloaded them and converted them into a PDF and uploaded to Pdfcast.org. As they're scanned they could be sharper but they're not bad. But go ahead and read it on-line or download it.http://api.viglink.com/api/click?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_14241290493816&key=9f602e3f83f45d44e64ea8f5f587b0a7&libId=9e5260f9-3614-44a4-950a-82fc4576034f&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.msuk-forum.co.uk%2Findex.php%3F&v=1&out=http%3A%2F%2Fpdfcast.org%2Fpdf%2Foh35p01-manual&ref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.msuk-forum.co.uk%2Ftopic%2F203531-135-trail-truck-kit%2Fpage-2&title=Replying%20To%201%2F35%20trail%20truck%20kit%20-%20MSUK%20RC%20Forum&txt=http%3A%2F%2Fpdfcast.org%2Fpdf%2Foh35p01-manual John Edited February 16, 2015 by johninderby
