The sxout sounds very good and can be modded with axial parts upto a nice scale looking trail truck. rawalker666 Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 i used to mess about with the fast stuff and when i got into crawling i was hooked after a while you just start looking for anything ti try crawl over the scout is a very good car to start with in the group i usually go out with there can e upto 5 scouts with us and they just go anywhere even as stock the only thing i would say to do straight away is lower suspention a bit just to make it more stable and put a slightly larger pinion on to speed it up a bit then go out and have fun Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nr73 Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 I do like my scout, the best bit about it is you don't need a lot of space to run it, a few rocks in the back garden will do, or basically anything that presents a climbing challenge. a mate of mine didn't see the point until he tried it, then he was hooked! When I was running it on the NiMh (3000mah) I'd get a good 2 or 3 40 minute runs in the yard on my rock crawler bed.
