which is best

Recommended Posts

I found my Hyper ST (which was fitted with the 28 engine) to be much easier to tune than my previous nitro car, a HPI Trophy buggy with 21 engine.

My money would go on the ST everytime, much better all rounder and very capable car.

I've just brought a .21 ss 2 weeks a go

I'm well happy with it

just wish i could find the needle settings, read 2 or 3 different settings on the Web

some say turn lsn 3 and half from flush, but mine will fall out if I do that

The LSN should not be falling out with three turns from flush....it will take around 10 turns from flush for it to be fully released from the thread on the carb. I just tried...

The LSN is the black screw where the throttle servo connects to the engine...opposite that and at a slight angle is another black screw, that is the idle screw..

The idle screw will be well below flush if you set the throttle gap to 1mm....
