Laptop suggestions for

Long of the short of it, My laptop went up poop creak without a paddle last night. I can only run it in safe mode, when I boot into windows I get white video noise horizontally across the screen (if it isnt black on boot) then the jumps into blue screen of death.

 

This happens on both my bootable drives so I doubt very much its a software/driver issue, the fact that the driver software cant detect it is a bit of a give away that something more sinister has gone pop.

There's a place that custom builds them for you with what severe spec you want. I can't remember what it's called.
