I've used them a few times in the past, and never had any problems, always fast shipping etc. But I've just made an order today, and it all went through OK with PayPal, however I didn't get an order confirmation email and when I log into my Funshobby account it's showing 'no orders'. I've emailed them with the PP transaction number, but in the mean time whilst I wait for an answer has anyone else come across this issue? joeylcfc Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 I've not come across that specific issue, however I have had a problem with them before, where I paid extra for customs, but then received an extra invoice for more customs. I sent them numerous messages and never got a reply, and its now around a year ago since the order. Don't expect a quick reply, if at all. They've confirmed that they've received the order and are looking into why it's not showing on my account, so I can stop worrying now lol.
