Motor and ESC Help

Hello all,

 

Been drifting for a little while now with a basic DiB RS and Speed Passion Reventon Set Up however i have just recently treated my self to a DiB V2 and want to put some new Electronics in.... I need a motor esc and servo.

 

Ok so i want a low profile servo so i was thinking savox or core rc?

 

As for esc and motor I'm at a loss?.... I was going to get the OMG RC complete combo for

Honestly the market is quite wide but my recommendation would be getting a Keyence 13.5 motor. Honestly they as smooth as hell. Our entire team runs em and wouldn't look back. ESC wise, the Keyence option is v pricey considering you need to buy the program card separate.

Other Esc options I would consider is the Speed Passion Reventon Pro series or the Tekin range. Both are very good but the Tekin has a better response rate.

You can get it all from Japan. Cheaper than UK prices. Make quite a saving but risk of customs.

Motor I would def go straight to Leyence if Soul don't have the OMG. I'm there tomorrow so I can ask when stocks back in.

I run a Turnigy trackstar 120a turbo with a Team Epic 10.5t D3 Monster motor, all sensored so its butter smooth. Has oodles of power for if you fancy a bit of speed on sticky tyres or wind the EPA down to 35-50% for the slidey stuff :) was about
