Dude you just sold a beautifully finished Sawback.

 

Round 2? :lol:

It was bought by a guy on this forum,he said it is to be a present for his dad who served in the LRDG,its going to be a shelf queen,how nice is that..

Methinks someone enjoyed building it more than driving it....with all the worry about ruining all the hard work put in.

Shell now painted,have fitted a on/off switch which I will disguise later in the build..

Undecided at the mo,will fit the rest of the kit parts for now and make a few scratch parts and see what crops up,its defo going to be WW11 :yes:

Light buckets/lenses fitted,forgot I was fitting  lights so had to remove the paint :whistling:

Slowly coming together now,have ordered from JunFac a load of shinny bits to replace stock parts..

Canopy frame done,going to use a wash leather as a cover,it all has to be painted yet..

Ditched the wash leather and went for fabric,just the rear to sort out then thats the canopy done.

Canopy now finished,the back is held down via a magnet so making the whole canopy removable,start work on a few tools now..
