sean-vrs Posted September 19, 2014 Share Posted September 19, 2014 This is my FG Monster truck one of my favourite Rc's. 2wd 23cc kit with a 34mm big bore kit Tuned Pipe Updated the electrics to 2.4Ghz and swapped out the throttle servo as 3kg pulling on the disc brakes just doesn't cut it, I like the brakes on these kits I like the simplicity of the whole model as it's been with us for ages and I really rate the build quality it's awesome. It's also really lightweight I find when compared to the other large scale kits I've got and that seems to show at times as it's unusually agile for what it is. Anyway enough waffling. I have a set of monster wheels from a clone either the big foot or hummer they seem ok. But painted and the paint looks bad now. Then I have a set of fg baja wheels again painted but look ok. Ide be happier if it was a full set of rear baja wheels tho. I'll be asking tips soon how to get the paint off and give them a fresh coat that stays nice if possible. Ther black ide rather silver I think. Do you have any fg spares you'd sell or swap. I think I'm going to get it in shape then offer it up for a km baja because I like those and haven't had one yet.
