Have you tried the old power station site off Doncaster road?

Some wide open tarmac areas, gravel and mud sections plus if you walk through the site there is a great jumps area in the woods

no I haven't thanks for the heads up.

Iliamb2387 - Head down doncaster road out of Wakefield,

Pass the old bowling alley

Go through the lights

After going under the railway bridge look for a turn in on your left

If you hit the next set of lights you have gone to far

Park up on the left and enter the site to the left of the old gate

The site is huge so lots to explore

(See attached map)

There are other ways in from the canal side as well

I have a basic map on a word doc but dont know how to attach it to this?

Aye, now in Playa Del Normanton. Quiet.....very quiet....

Driven past that spot a few times now, open land with some natural contours for grabbing air etc...just waiting on a rain free day to head over and check it out in person. There seems to be a foothpath from the verge by the main road that leads onto the open land. Certainly big enough for largescale bashing, tho ours won't be out again til next year.

Really, where abouts is it might call up shortly

If you find a red end to a breaking linkage or whatever its called let me know, buggered if I am going to spend more time looking for it.

If you go there go on the side thats got the concrete barrier its a lot dryer.

There is a concrete bit like this

and loads of open space like this
