Most of us run hard packs @ 138mm long, but 2x2s The top deck is also either something u like (can be covered in mesh so all stays clean) or something u hate cos of the batt tray and higher temps. A lot of people remove the top deck completely and use straps that go under the bottom deck. smeghead28 Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 Its worth watching this as there can be battery "issues" if you are not careful. Its easy enough to fix if can handle a soldering iron. Deafty Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 I'll add that the little niche/little hole mentioned @ 1:25 required me to file smooth as the edges were sharp as and stripped my wire insulation upon first install. Whilst there I made it a little bigger too Those comments about the batts not fitting because of the cable facing the wrong way is a pile of crap though.
