jp79er Posted August 23, 2014 Share Posted August 23, 2014 I Love my raider, but after stripping the main diff gear TAR538401 72t Diff Gear Set.....i have been waiting a looong time for more to come in the country which is a PITA. .... So after a lot of looking around and stuff, i can confirm that replacing thw diff gear with part TAR532001 62t Diff Gear Set from the Kalahari 1/14 scale is an excellent replacement. It meshes with the main motor gear perfectly, and bolts directly on to the gear mount with no mods.... But the slightly smaller diameter does mean you lose a little torque as the ratio drops but the extra speed is awesome...
