Rory
Im thinking about getting this engine and read some mixed reviews. Some people hate it and say its unreliable etc. Im looking for any opinions on it.Any other suggestions for engines up to
Nitroholic
Not a good motor for the ST. It's actually not that powerful...and is pretty damn thirsty too. The Force .32 would probably be a better motor all round, but to be brutally honest, for a truggy I would probably fit the LRP .28 Just as powerful as the Force .36, will give you longer run times, and it's a much higher quality motor. Will cost you
Rory
I have an LRP 28 but I embarrassingly I think I ran it too lean and its not running right at all, Im looking for something else just now.

Deafty
Imo, Force engines just aren't up to the job. You can however get them very cheap but even then you spend a lot more on fuel due to the xtra tuning required.
hipwell
My force 32 has had over 2gallons through it and it's still running perfectly and holds a tune great running Big Bang 25% Great motor for the money and was not far behind a guy with an lrp 32 in a similar buggy recently. animal47
I have only positive things to say about the .36. I own an lrp.28 and a picco.26 and neither is as powerful as my force.36 with the right pipe. I had it fitted in a savage with a savage ribbed pipe and it was absolutely mental and by far the fastest nitro I have ever owned, the savage is long gone but I refused to sell the force as it was so powerful and also 100% reliable and really easy to tune. Perhaps I have just been lucky and got a decent one.
