Hi

Has anyone got any tips on the best way to straighten a bent chassis on an FG Marder. It's not massively bent just a slight twist on the off side rear.

Any help would be great fully received

Thanks

The best way in my opinion (If you have a bench in your workshop) is to screw your chassis to the bench in as many places as possible with increasing/decreasing lumps under the offending bit to pull it back into line - leave it screwed down for a while once its flat.

I have heard of people putting theirs in the fridge and others in the oven but I've never tried it.

I used a couple of bits of hard timber and a hammer,. works great. There was a thread on here sometime ago about it.
