The 11% would be my recommendation to most...even though I have not tried it....I have tried the 9% and in all honesty I would say that anyone not fully aware of rich/lean should not use 9%....in a nutshell. Plugs a P3 If I could give a specified time to leave the top off that bottle to get 16% I would... I would guess that yes that the master basher would be better to run-in a new engine then the usual Byron...but it is jut a guess...I use MT oily and low.
