carl edwards
thinking off getting a force engine for my hyper 7 tq2 is the 21 the best upgrade Edited April 18, 2014 by carl edwards
froggy8
from what i have been told, a 21 engine uses less fuel than a 28 or higher engines plus it has higher rpm so it will be faster also so yes 21 engine would be the better option mate

carlos150279
Got a reedy 2.1vs in my RC8.2, absolutely brilliant engine, proper screamer and very fast!!

froggy8
i have the ansmann 28 engine in my hyper, i know people will probably disagree with me but i still think it is one of the best engines i have had
Shudson
from what i have been told, a 21 engine uses less fuel than a 28 or higher engines plus it has higher rpm so it will be faster also so yes 21 engine would be the better option mate I think those comparisons were between the Hyper .21 and Macstar .28, both of which are available as standard in the Hypers, rather than .28s in general. A Picco P3.28, for example will absolutely hammer a Hyper or Force .21, but there are other .28s available. I don't think a Force .21 would really constitute an upgrade on the Hyper .21, but there are more powerful .21s around.
Shudson
Bear in mind also that if you have any thoughts of competition, anything over a .21 is not legal.

fatboyneil
you have the standard hyper .21 then the force .21 wont be much quicker if you want faster but on a budget then look at the fastrax enduro
mickturnip
lrp 21 is a good screamer ....force 32 /36 are a direct fit .i run lrp 32 in mine .....i get massive run times with lrp 32 last 10 mins when i cane it lol .lad i no has lrp 21 in his lovely engine easy to tune .....i do 3 tanks of fuel to his one (gives him chance to catch up)
Ramsay218
Defo agree with mick on this I had the lrp .30 absolute belter of an engine 8 month old and still a beauty
hipwell
My vote goes to the force 32. My hyper with a force 32 was very very close to Mick's lrp 32 and the force is a lot cheaper.
SirusDviruS
I've recently made the 'what new engine for my hyper' decision and went for the enduro.
MugenSeiki
Check out the alpha range of engines, they are quite cheap and really nice
Ramsay218
So many good engines to choose from if suppose it's all down to personal preference as to what sort if grunt you want your hyper to have Ramsay
