Silly question time ...

Tx batteries OK?

Car OK?

When charge runs low, then distance is one of the first things affected.

Are you running near any remote open / close doors?

Shouldn't happen.

Must be a broken wire somewhere - antenna on Rx perhaps?

Either that or you're running above an iron ore deposit!

It is strange. I'm going for a broken / loose wire.

Can you try re-binding? Perhaps ....

its doin it on both cars . as i run them in the same area i used to take the mta4 which had no issues .. id be lucky for them to go as far as half a pitch over the field

If its the same Tx, is the Antenna connected?

Don't know the radio and 2.4G.Hz don't really have antenna's like the good 'ol 27 M.Hz did ...

Something's odd.

Look for 'common denominator' ...

I suppose you could:

  1. Remove the external failsafe.
  2. Find instructions / download if necessary for the radio set you have.
  3. Reset the failsafe as per instructions - yes, many are built in.
  4. Test it works without firing up.
  5. Now, test it out.

Never know, might work.

Good luck.
