Stripped Cooling Head

Recommended Posts

So I stripped the cooling head on my 2.5,however I have ordered a new one but it looks slightly different, it looks a little bit bigger and has a head button instead of the thread being integrated into the head, same part number and everything, hopefully it is the same not to bad for 16 pound but we shall see any body had this problem before or?

I've never heard of that before, if the part numbers match then there shouldn't be an issue. You're probably best to just try it once it arrives, can't go far wrong for

2.5 engine head is silver the 2.5r is blue ther the same tho. Then thers also a couple of aftermarket types silver or purple. Just hope its not a 3.3 head lol. That said the crank case is the same on the 2.5 , r and 3.3 so it might work regardless. Pics would be better just incase you have a .15 someone told you was a 2.5 mayb.
