Show us your Buggy!

Recommended Posts

Well lets get this started! :) Heres my project, i think its going for the buggy look, not the MT look as i intended, but never mind it still looks good. just need to sort the steering out as its going rong, the wheels are pointing outwards like the steering arms are too short? but they came in the same upgrade pack  puzzling me but its something to think about. Heres the pic, tell me what you think so far. Cheers :)

is that a baja champ? ive got one of them. the steering doesnt point putwards n mine though, maybe you put the screw for the hubs to the steering arm in the wrong hole? (if there is other holes that is) and what wheels/tyres are those? as i would mind going the mt look on mine.

thanks

First it was a TL01 touring car, but then i bought the Baja Champ arms and the wheels. Its because the knucles are for the touring car, thats why they arnt straight. If you look at any Baja Champ chassis from the box you can see that the knuckle arms for the steering are pointing inwards (away from the wheel, which is the ones i need to finish the project). Oh yeah, and there is only 1 hole on these.

They are HPI wheels, tyres and inner foams pre-glued, got them from ebay for £12 posted. Good deal or not?

Thats coming along nicely David. As for the wheels, you probably need to adjust the turnbuckles if its got them.

Can you explain? Cheers

Your wrong there mate, theyre pretty cheap, for a decent buggy. Take a look on models in mtion, or dms racing carries all the parts. :good: My one was 115 for the kit.
