With current draw, a car esc is designed to handle the constant accelerating and voltage spikes from braking- a boat esc is absolutely not suited to use in a car or truck, you'd need a 200-250amp boat esc so that it could handle the spikes safely ( they have much less head-room compared to car escs as they use differing components designed for different purposes ).

Got it, dont mess with boat esc's. So now I am back to looking at car esc's (again lol)
