I completely agree with this statement. The body posts are awful! I was wondering if the alu ones fit the stock plastic shock towers or whether anything else will fit.

The tyres do move around a lot during cornering and this leads to some un-predicatable handling traits on tarmac. I still need to fit my 17mm hubs to the car and try it with the Nanda blocks on. I was wondering whether some foams from the traxxas 2.8" tyres would fit in.

Tis a shame as it shows great promise but these small issues aren't very good.

Let me know how you get on with the 17mm hub please. i havent tried yet since i tried to fit bigger wheels and the stock 12m hex aren't thick enough...
when i fitted slightly thicker 12mm hex (only 1mm thicker), i was then running out of thread on the axle for the locknut!

im gonna stick with the plastic and just get a couple of packets of spares as i'd rather lose a plastic body post than a carbon shock tower due to the lack of flex in the alloy, just ordered a load of plastic spares to be on the safe side, better to have em and not need em eh.. have heard people saying it wont wheelie on 2s also but mines a bit of a madman even with the stock battery, set it up for full punch on the program card and it flips with  ease..
