nylon rod is the easiest to make a cage- you can heat it to bend shapes then either screw it together with self-tapping screws or get some suitably strong glue.....or if you want to be brave and make something really nice and scale looking you could use brass rod and braze it together, lots of tutorials on you tube to do this- quite a bit of learning and work involved but will really look the business :thumbsup:

you could use steel rod too and weld it up.

my fastrax cage is steel, all welded up and its very strong.

the nylon rod would be a perfect start though mate.

Steel rod or brake line if you can find it and then braze it up, easier than welding and you only need a basic set of tools.

oh damn! if you had it on a t-maxx I bet I could get it to fit it my savage......the damn is because I have no money at the moment otherwise id have that in a flash!!! out of pure curiosity how much you looking for it? you never know I may be able to scrape some penny's together

I'm willing to trade for SCX parts as I'm  scrapping my AX to starting a new build . .
