Thats just how they go when they get hot.  Grab some copper gaskets much better.

i've got some copper ones on order, because of how htey are now shapped if i had fitted them a different way to how i did the very first time i used them would it struggle to seal?

Without seeing it I couldnt say mate unless you had some stuck to the head or pipe preventing a seal

Yeah, you may have tightened it up enough when you put them on, that;s ok. But after your first run did you go round and re-tighten the screws? Fixings can still loosen slightly even if they remain in place.

Your first few runs should always be considered as "shake down" runs :)

found out whats wrong the end of the exhaust isn't fully flat so the first time i ran it the seals formed to that shape when i refitted them put them on the wrong way meaning all the edges are to flat to seal the exhaust, hopefully gumgum and new gaskets will fix it =/

will gum gum and new gaskets be enough to sort it?
is this a regular issue with these clones?

yer probably would mate but you will have to reseal everytime you take pipe off..
Think mine bent slightly when i took a heavy knock but it could have been like from new.
Mine still leaks slightly now but not a issue

Mine had a slight leak aswell mate.  You need to expect it for £30 if you are looking to change pipes mate there are alot better on the market than a dom though.
