So far ive fitted:
Center diff locker to reduce front wheel spin.
ZMC Alloy center diff mounts as the plastic one flex under load.
Alloy rear diff & gearing.
ZMC alloy diff case, as the plastic one flexes under load.
ZMC alloy engine mounts.
ZMC clutch carrier plate.
ZMC C Hubs. then modded them as the soon suffered wear and got floppy.
ZMC threaded shocks
ZMC CVD drive shafts all round, as they are better than the dogbones.
HPI wheel converters, as I got fed up with the wheel nut coming loose.
and the Stock servos are not that great, so they have been changed for decent servos.
I have also played around with the plug in out drive cups as the stock sliding ones tend to get jammed and don't slide in & out as they should, but the plug ins can pop out and get lost when you throw a drive shaft, so went back to the stock ones.
The ZMC alloy parts seem to be better quality than the FXT parts and cheeper, so well worth going for.
but its basically a good buggy.
Or at least the 28cc engine would be a good choice of engine if it was a Zen or even a CY. that 3 bolt one will have to prove its self!
