Ok so after spending over £200 in modelsport, i finally recived all of my upgrades,
one of them is my prolux charger ----> http://www.modelspor...-products/27769
i am using it to charge my 1600 6v stick packs,
how do i power it up? it has a black and a red crocodile clamp on it? i thought it would just have a plug on it?
Thanks in advance..
Kieran
Help with charger please,

The clue is in the name "Field"
Its got croc clips as its for charging while you dont have access to mains power.

Ebay is your friend - get a cheap chinese power supply 12v @ 5amps will do you nicely
Just make sure you dont draw MORE then 5amps, as you'll just blow the power brick
Failing that - get yourself down to the scrappy and get a 12v car battery for like a £5er or a £10er
A Diesel cars battery will be longer lasting, but weighs a TON....
A small car battery will happily do a good few days bashing before been low
Cheap 12v trickle charger are cheap off ebay too.... So you can recharge the battery easily
Just ensure you leave it on long enough
With Lead acids - they are like Lipo's once they are abused and regulary droped below 10v they start to die, so make sure the charger has a low voltage cut off / warning
Ziggy
