Ansmann go electric cars with the introduction of the Opel Ampera 1/10 scale 4WD touring car. Resembling Opel's plug-in hybrid road car (that is identical to Chevrolet's Volt) the vehicle will sport a 4WD drive train, electric motor and RTR specs. Soon-to-be-released under the Ansmann Racing banner are the Audi S5 and R8 "Police" and Saftey Car body shells. The S5 resembles Audi's current GT Quattro coupe while the R8's mimic a fantasy police and safety cars. The latter two will come with all needed parts to detail the body like mirrors, wings and lights.
