I would love to put a nice sensored brushless kit in it.

That's the problem I don't think i could buy something so expensive and then put a brushless combo in it :(

That Kawasaki body is weird (what's the point??) but pretty cool though.

Tie-up with America Kawasaki dealers as Traxxas sponsor their Motocross team.

The summit is awesome, and those of you that have suggested brushless are on the right track.
the stock one works well but a MMM alphstar 2350 motor makes it go very well,  even on 3s these trucks are awesome. And they still crawl with that set u!!

I recomend you all get one

Alright, makes sense then.

Imagine how big RC is over there, that would never happen in Europe.

Agree.

In fact if i was to keep 1 RC-car it would, without a doubt, be the Summit, it's just the most versatile and fun truck! You can literally drive it anywhere.

BL is a must though to satisfy the need for speed.  I've waited a year or so to upgrade motor & ESC but now I'm wondering why, it's so much more alive and instant fun than before.
In converting it to BL I've given up all weather capabilities but I don't care, there's no comparison with stock motor & ESC.
But Traxxas should really do a BL waterproof one though!

4S is enough imo, at least it stays alive a bit longer.

I also agree, I run my summit on a 2000kv motor with an 80a brushless ESC, I only run it on 3s to maintain some of the character of the stock setup, it still crawls like a dream and is pretty quick.
