I see the losi comp crawler roller can be had for £85 is this a better option than the scout?

From what I gather the Losi needs decent electrics so it would end up costing more than a scout.
Depends what you want it for really.

The comp crawler is still a very capable crawler, but to get the best out of it you will need 3 ch radio gear, and a good esc and motor, i use tekin fxr and a 17.5 t but youre looking at 200 quid there, you can use a budjet esc and motor for around 60 quid, providing they are brushless, but you must get a decent servo for steering, and a bec.
