They are Pro-Line Badlands on Pro-Line black spoke wheels.

Yeah it's a good little engine!

The tyres are well glued, don't need taping.

The rubber is so hard I can't see them ballooning. I'll live to eat my words no doubt when I run them for the first time!

Buggy tyres don't balloon much unless in a stupidly over powered electric one. (Fatheads etc)

I assure you it happens with nitro as well - doesn't need leccy to decimate a set of tyres ;)
