Get a photo up , that will give me a better idea, as I've some alloy sheeting ..I mite be able to fab you something then send it to you..

You could rise up the battery , so it's above the tyres... keeping the weight over the front axle...
Or
Make a alloy bracket that comes down at a angle from the top of the front brace down over the servo...

i see you have weighted the axles is this instead of doing the wheels or have you weighted both
any upsides or down sides?
Re: battery so looks like i need to source some ally plate i do like the look of putting the battery ontop
of the axle..

I only had 3oz of weight in each wheel =6oz then another 1oz in stick on weights... as I never did want it to heavy..
No weights in the rear wheels ,just 1.1/2oz stuck onto the rear axle
By the time I'd gone Li-Po , I'd added a 15t motor , 54t Spur / 14t Pinion gears ,,
So it was more Rock Racer then Crawler..
It's now full blown FOFF, see my thread..

battery will be held on the mount with rubber bands as i will be using 2 batteries
