Just a quick one that I hope someone can help with.

I am working with a school on the 4x4 in schools challenge and using a Losi Mini Rock crawler as a base vehicle.

We will be converting it to 4 wheel steering and have everything apart from the servo itself. My original order has been on back order since October and I thought I had ordered the correct part from Modelsport but in my rush got one from a Micro not a mini the correct one is out of stock with Modelsport as well and my original order with Wheelspin is still on back order so I assume that there is a supply issue.

As we will be splitting the signal from the Channel 1 output of the Rx does it have to be an identical servo?

If not can I use any servo or does it have to be a specific type? I think that the original servo is a digital one so will that mean that I need a digital for the other end?

I have some old 1/10 servos at home and with time rapidly running away from us if we could get one of those in tomorrow it would really help keep us on track.

as far as im aware you dont need the losi mini servo
i use a tower pro mg995 full size digi servo in mine and its fine.
actually its way better than the weak mini servo that comes stock.
ive never run 4ws steer though so cant help with how to set it up or if you need the same servos both ends sorry.
