im fairly sure its not lipo ready, meaning theres no cut-off therefore a 3s lipo would probably melt it. you could use a 2s though with a low volt buzzer. to be honest theres not too many crawler esc`s that i can think of that will take 3s.

the novak rooster can be run on 3s with a fan fitted and external bec, other is holmes hobbies which some take up to 6s but there mega bucks!!

i would look on hobby king mate, get a couple of 2s lipos and a buzzer for around £20.

only other worthwhile mod down the line is some new tyres, hot bodies sedonas or rovers in white compound are the best to go for at the minute.....

hope this helps a bit, gaz.

Nice one mate cheers, yeah its just the stock maverick esc. cool 2s it is then, yeah ordered some hb rovers earlier :)

Where abouts do I fit the wheel weights to? On the inside of the tyre or wheel.

when the tyre is off with the foam, there should be a recess between the outer lips of the wheel, sick as much as you can into there then around the outside diameter of the wheel, when your happy with the amount go over it with electrical tap to hold it all nice and tight.

hope this helps, gaz.

yep, there is mate, you want some of these beauties.......

http://www.ebay.co.u...=item19c5f5f2a3

they would take about a fortnight to arrive, uk distributor is fusion hobbies, about 3-5 days, this will sort it and leave enough room for the battery.
