I had a hyper 7 a couple of years ago but stupidly sold it, I decided i wanted one for the summer so i could race a bit. Posted Image So i looked through Ebay and the forum for a couple of weeks and found a very nice looking one on Ebay that looked as if it had been looked after. :good:

So i contacted the seller to see if he would do a buy it now and he said yes so i bought it for £120 and collected tonight along with a half gallon of byron fuel, glow start and Hump pack + Chargers. Posted Image Then first of i replaced the 27mhz receiver with my spekky one. :good:

It's supposedly had a gallon through it but i can't believe that it looks brand new. Posted Image There's barely a mark on the chassis and the tyres/wheels have plenty of tread on, The tank and air filter all look new! Overall i'm really chuffed with it, can't wait to run it (probably tomorrow).

Here are some pics.

I have ordered some new tyres/wheels (proline hotshots) as they were just £20 from end of line RC! Posted Image

SO JEALOUS!!! you got a really good deal there at £120 Posted Image

I am on the lookout for something similar and at that sort of price/quality so i can convert to leccy too as a mate of mine has one and we estimate it can do roughly 137mph but when we tried it, the tyres blew out at around 90mph!!! Posted Image

good luck with it, looks like a great project!

My Xbox sold so i've been able to order a couple of these.

http://www.hobbyking..._Warehouse.html

I don't have the funds for the Castle SCT yet, intill my engine has sold at least so the Slash will be motor less for a bit. Posted Image

I also ordered some more Turnigy's from the German Warehouse so hopefully they will be here by then too!

Have you ran it with the Fusion yet? It should push it quite well.

The revised Castle SCT setups are a nice improvement so it's a good thing you waited around really.
